One of the services provided by Uplift Media Ltd. is to search for persons whose relatives have emigrated from historical Romania (the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and Transnistria included). It is statutorily required to conduct probate research in cases where someone dies without descendants or a legal will.

According to the particular country's legal system we can identify the relatives of the deceased who are entitled to inherit. We can also secure documentary evidence and have it translated if so required.

Our probate partners are mainly foreign research companies. However, in order to represent an individual case, we have built business contacts with a Public Notary and Lawyer Offices.
